<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a front body structure for a vehicle further promoting bending in a bending planned part of a front side frame and more surely reducing a collision load against an occupant when the collision load is applied in a head-on collision of a vehicle body. <P>SOLUTION: A part of the front side frame 3 (3A, 3B) is constructed so as to be deformed in a ridge-folding manner outward in the vehicle width direction by the load in a head-on collision, a sub-frame 7 disposed in the lower part of the vehicle body is constructed so as to be joined with the front side frame 3 through a reinforcement 15, and a front part of the reinforcement 15 is set at a position corresponding to a to-be-bent part T1 of the front side frame 3 to be deformed in a ridge-folding manner outward in the vehicle width direction in a head-on collision. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
