<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support comfortable waking without giving a sleeper discomfort in a waking system. <P>SOLUTION: The waking system 1 includes: an illumination part 2 for radiating waking light; a control unit 4; an operation part 5 for calculating illumination start time of day; an interface part 6; a clock part 7; and a sensor part 8 for detecting a bodily movement of a sleeper. When the illumination start time of day starts, the control unit 4 starts illuminating and, when the number of detection time of bodily movements per fixed time exceeds a number of times reference value, illumination output is increased. The number of times reference value becomes smaller the closer it comes to a wake-up set time of day. When the illumination start time of day draws near, it does not happen that a light sleep state is falsely determined when the light sleep state does not set in and so an illumination output is increased to cause discomfort. In a time zone near the wake-up set time of day, it does not happen that not being in a light sleep state is falsely determined despite the light sleep state sets in, the illumination output is not increased to cause a waking state, but a comfortable waking is aided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
