PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to surely mount a detecting portion for judging water intrusion into a switch without sliding on a bottom face of the switch, by contacting a face with a heater and a temperature sensor exposed. SOLUTION: The detecting portion 1 is made held by a housing portion 310 of a mounting fixture 300 provided with the housing part 310 capable of retaining the detecting portion 1, a support portion 324 with its end connected to the housing portion 310, a trestle portion 340 arranged on the ground to support the support portion 324, and an extrusion member 350 extruding the detecting portion 1 retained by the housing portion 310, a bottom face of the detecting portion 1 held by the housing portion 310 at the support portion 324 is made opposed to a bottom face of a switch S, and the detecting portion 1 is extruded by the extruding member 350, whereby, the detecting portion 1 is press-fitted to the bottom face of the switch.
