<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a rolling bearing device having sufficient joining strength, reducing generation of out gas and preventing occurrence of resonance frequency fluctuations and torque fluctuations. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided a method of manufacturing the rolling bearing device including: a first welding step S1 of laser-welding at least one place of respective fitting portions between the respective inner rings of two rolling bearings arrayed coaxially at an interval and a first member fitted in the inner rings and respective fitting portions between the respective outer rings of the two rolling bearings and a second member fitting the outer rings with laser power not causing thermal deformation of the inner rings or outer rings; and a second welding step S2 of performing laser welding at a position different in the circumferential direction from the welded place in the first welding step at the fitting portion in a state of being joined by the first welding step S1 with laser power larger than the first welding step S1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
