PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce probability of an error of relay data. SOLUTION: This communication apparatus demodulates a radio signal for generating demodulated data, decodes the demodulated data by using an error correction code, and encodes the decoded data to generate re-encoded data. Here, when an error exceeding correction capability of the error correction code is included in the radio signal, the demodulated data is modulated to generate re-modulated data; and when the error exceeding the correction capability of the error correction code is not included in the radio signal, the encoded data is modulated to generate the re-modulated data, and the re-modulated data is transmitted.
