PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease an amount of mist produced when flushing without lowering throughput of a liquid jetting device in a head maintenance device configured to regulate relative positional relation between a liquid jetting head and a sealing member in a direction going along a head surface of the liquid jetting head. SOLUTION: In such a state that a head guide 50 displaces in an ascending direction ZU along a shape of a cam 822 for the head guide, a guide part 51 of the head guide 50 projects to a recording head 16 side further than a sealed surface 411 of a cap 40. In such a state that the head guide 50 displaces in a descending direction ZD along the shape of the cam 822 for the head guide, the guide part 51 of the head guide 50 retreats in a direction where it separates from the recording head 15 further than the sealed surface 411 of the cap 40, and the sealed surface 411 of the cap 40 projects to the head surface side of the recording head 16 further than a projecting end of the guide part 51 of the head guide 50.
