PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing composite oily confectionery which hardly expresses fat bloom and the nice appearance of which can be kept by solving the following problem: composite oily confectionery made of oily confectionery and other food materials sometimes expresses fat bloom when stored at a prescribed temperature around 20°C. SOLUTION: The method for producing composite oily confectionery comprises: combining oily confectionery and other food materials; cooling the thus-combined confectionery so that the temperature of the oily confectionery part becomes≥15°C and≤23°C; and packaging the thus-obtained composite oily confectionery with moisture-proofing package material followed by cooling the packaged composite oily confectionery so that the product temperature of the oily confectionery part in the packaged product becomes <15°C.
