PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat vibrating motor which does not have a negative effect on magnetic characteristics, apply no excessive load to a motor component, and enables proper generation of vibrations in a thrust direction. SOLUTION: The side wall inner circumferential surface of a housing 1 is provided with a sine-wave-shaped groove 5 so shaped as to have an even number of periods for the length of the side wall inner circumference of the housing 1. The outer circumference of a rotor frame 21 is provided with rolling elements 23 which roll along the groove 5 of the housing 1 to guide the move of the rotor frame 21 when an eccentric rotor rotates. The rolling element 23 is made by covering a body 23a made of a magnetic material with a lubricating film 23b, such as a fluorine lubricant. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
