PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of outputting information signals for basically controlling the game machine in a time-shortened state and in the regular state respectively, and capable of facilitating the basic control without impairing a player's interest. SOLUTION: The game machine capable of changing the game state to and from the time-shortened state and the regular state has a first jackpot state in which opening time of the large winning hole is long and a second jackpot state in which opening time is short as jackpot states, and in a jackpot state the machine is considered to be in a regular state. The game machine has an information signal generation means to generate a predetermined information signal (jackpot signalβ) based on the information whether the machine is in what kind of state as to the time-shortened state and the jackpot state, and an external information output board to output the predetermined information signal to the outside. When the information signal generation means is either in the time-shortened state, in the first jackpot state, or in the second jackpot state in which time-shortened state is given to after the completion of the state, the predetermined information signal is generated. When it is in the second jackpot state in which the time-shortened state is not given to after the completion of the state, the predetermined information signal is not generated.
