The device (1) has a vertical touch zone (4) and a tactile zone (5) that are separated by a horizontal ply (7). The touch zone has a rear face that is in support on a vertical support. The tactile zone extends downward and forward from the ply by forming an angle (A) of 20 degrees when horizontal (H) to the visual zone. The ply forms upper and lower edges of the visual zone. A visual data (12) i.e. WC, in a black writing pattern (14) is entered in the visual zone. The tactile zone has reliefs (13) forming translation of the data into a tactile readable alphabet i.e. Braille alphabet (15).
