PURPOSE: A method for controlling an injector of a bi-fuel vehicle is provided to open a gas injector even if relative pressure between a gas rail and an intake manifold is increased. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling an injector of a bi-fuel vehicle is as follows. After engine cracking through first fuel, the pressure of second fuel is adjusted from a surge tank(300) and is supplied to a fuel rail. The relative pressure between the surge tank and the fuel rail is measured. When the relative pressure is bigger than pre-set standard pressure, fuel is injected by controlling the opening of an injector depending on a compensation value corresponding to the difference between the relative pressure and the standard pressure.
