<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate to be used for manufacturing solar cells. <P>SOLUTION: A selenium/Group 1b ink is provided, which comprises, as initial components, a selenium component comprising selenium and an organic chalcogenide component having a formula selected from RZ-Z'R' and R<SP>2</SP>-SH, and is a stable dispersion. In the formulae, Z and Z' are each independently selected from sulfur, selenium and tellurium; R is selected from H, a 1-20C alkyl group, 6-20C aryl group, 1-20C alkylhydroxy group, arylether group and alkylether group; R' and R<SP>2</SP>are each selected from a 1-20C alkyl group, 6-20C aryl group, 1-20C alkylhydroxy group, arylether group and alkylether group. The present invention also provides a method of preparing the selenium/Group 1b ink and a method of using the selenium/Group 1b ink to deposit selenium and a Group 1b material on a substrate (preferably to deposit a M<SB>a</SB>Se<SB>h</SB>material on a substrate, wherein M is copper or silver). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
