<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a stable concentrated formulation of a protein such natalizumab or an antibody as maintains the activity of the antibody and can be dosed in a little amount and as can be dosed to an object that is necessary for it and is variable in a body weight. <P>SOLUTION: The stable, aqueous formulation contains the antibody in a therapeutically effective amount, Polysorbate 80, and a buffer agent for inhibiting the oxidation of the Polysorbate; and there is provided a method for preparing the formulation.
