PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition which hardly generates a surface non-polymerized layer even if using no oxygen blocking material in an environment where oxygen is present. SOLUTION: The curable composition includes 0.00001-10 pts.mass of an aqueous polymer such as polyvinyl alcohol, 0.1-10 pts.mass of water, 0.1-10 pts.mass of a surfactant containing at least an anionic surfactant or an amphoteric surfactant, and an effective amount of a polymerization initiator, based on 100 pts.mass of a radical polymerizable monomer.
