PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device with improved positioning performance and assembling workability of a structure wherein yoke parts of two speakers are brought into contact with each other back to back, and a display device. SOLUTION: Speaker units 41 and 42 are provided with a slide part 413, a rail part 424, a slide part 423, and a rail part 413 which, due to contact surfaces 411a and 421a facing and engaged with each other of yoke parts 411 and 421, inhibit the speaker units 41 and 42 from moving in a direction parallel with the contact surfaces 411a and 421a and allow the speaker units 41 and 42 to be moved in a direction perpendicular to the contact surfaces 411a and 421a. After respective contact surfaces 411a and 421a of yoke parts 411 and 421 are brought into contact with each other, this contact state is held by engagement of screws 413c and 423c with screw holes formed by the slide part 413, the rail part 424, the slide part 423, and the rail part 413.
