PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary tool for manufacturing a capacitor, which contributes to reuse of a member by being made to supplementarily execute, in particular, a capacitor manufacturing process. SOLUTION: The auxiliary tool for manufacturing a capacitor includes: a tool body including a base and a first conductive terminal installed on the base; a first guide pin-holding assembly member having a holding end, and including a plurality of first conductive holding pieces connected to the first conductive terminal to be arranged on the base at intervals; and a second guide pin-holding assembly member having a holding end, and including a plurality of conductive holding pieces respectively corresponding to the plurality of first conductive holding pieces to be arranged on the base at intervals, wherein the auxiliary tool becomes a pair of conductive holding piece sets for respectively holding two guide pins of a capacitor element of the capacitor so that the second conductive holding pieces are arranged adjacently in parallel to the corresponding first conductive holding pieces so as not to contact each other.
