PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To favorably improve working efficiency of operation for attaching a remote control device, especially working efficiency of operation for laying a cable in gaps among various structures. SOLUTION: An outer cable 53 adjacently places a pair of cables 52 having a connecting member 55 held by a pair of cable holders respectively provided on two ends of a guide groove formed on an outer circumference of a pulley and holds them slidably. The outer cable 53 is held by a long and slender holder 54. The holder 54 and outer cable 53 are relatively slidable between a first position where the pair of cables 52 extending from the outer cable 53 are covered and the connecting member 55 is positioned at an end and a second position where the pair of cables 52 extending from the outer cable 53 are exposed by a length winding around the guide groove of the pulley.
