PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stably-operating variable-gain amplifier circuit. SOLUTION: This variable-gain amplifier circuit includes: an operational amplifier with a predetermined voltage applied to a non-inverting input terminal; a feedback resistor having one end connected to an inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier, and the other end connected to an output terminal of the operational amplifier; and a variable resistor having one end with an input voltage applied thereto, and the other end connected to the non-inverting input terminal of the operational amplifier.
