PURPOSE: A method for measuring the grain size of limestone is provided to ensure high reliability of a limestone sample by preparing the sample with an automated method. CONSTITUTION: A method for measuring the grain size of limestone comprises steps of: cutting limestone(S11), molding a grip part of the limestone with resin(S13), polishing a cut surface of the limestone(S15), etching the polished cut surface(S17), and measuring the grain size of the limestone from the etched cut surface(S20).
