The system has a set of photovoltaic modules fixed on axial fixtures (1) to form an assembly (2) of photovoltaic modules, where the assembly has an east-west rotation axis with an inclination determined with respect to a ground. The assembly comprises rods (5) perpendicular to the modules, where the rods are connected to upper and lower steel cables (6) by two intermediate parts (7, 8). A cylinder allows the articulation of the rods and generates a simultaneous movement for a Venetian blind. Base of the cylinder is attached to a frame (3) by using an anchor (13).
