<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach an elastic thread-like member having extensibility to a sheet material of a wearing article without damaging the feel of a disposable wearing article. <P>SOLUTION: The production line for disposable wearing articles include a step of attaching the elastic extensible thread-like member 11 to a liquid permeable surface sheet 2 and a liquid impermeable reverse sheet 3 by an adhesive agent 14. The adhesive agent 14 is applied to the peripheral surface 13 of the thread-like member 11, drawing a practical continuous line 16. After that, the thread-like member 11 is stuck to the liquid permeable surface sheet 2 and the liquid impermeable reverse sheet 3 forming the wearing article. The continuous line 16 progresses in the length direction of the thread-like member 11 while repeating undulation on a plane obtained by unfolding the peripheral surface 13. The undulation has a height 43 larger than the circumferential length A of the thread-like member 11. While the thread-like member 11 is attached to the liquid permeable surface sheet 2 by the adhesive agent 14 at the y-axis direction end of the continuous line, the thread-like member 11 is attached to the liquid impermeable reverse sheet 3 by the adhesive agent 14 in the y-axis direction in the central part of the continuous line. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
