<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-operation pipe joint that is inserted by and connected to a connection pipe, including an insertion checking means exclusively for the joint allowing users accurately and easily to check the desired position of connection pipe inserted in the joint for connecting the joint and the pipe. <P>SOLUTION: In the storage part of the single-operation pipe joint, a C-type or O-type ring-shaped component is arranged which has a flexible rod member radially extending. With the length of the rod member adjusted, the ring-shaped component is pushed in toward the depth direction by the connection pipe when inserted and the rod material previously set in a through-hole is pulled inside from the outside of an outer cylinder, thus making it possible to freely adjust the insertion checking position of the connection pipe relative to the length of the storage part of the pipe joint. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
