<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module that has weatherability superior to that of solar cell modules with conventional reflective films and high manufacturing yield owing to no occurrence of defects in a reflective film formation process, and to provide a method and apparatus for manufacturing the solar cell module. <P>SOLUTION: A reflective film 18 is formed by curing an ultraviolet curable resin containing an inorganic pigment. An application agent that contains the ultraviolet curable resin having a low volumetric shrinkage factor is applied, through screen-printing, to obtain a predetermined film thickness, and then a thermosetting resin that is to constitute a filling material 20 is laminated and thermally cured, and thereafter the obtained film is cured through ultraviolet radiation, thereby forming the reflective film 18. This method prevents creases or cracks from occurring at the boundary between the reflective film 18 and the filling material 20 after the laminating process, and avoids warpage of a backsheet 18 or a solar cell module 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
