<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power closer device for a vehicle door body, which prevents an influence on a latch unit while reducing the number of components and a manufacturing cost. <P>SOLUTION: The center-of-gravity position of a canceling plate 440 is set within a quadrant which includes the energizing direction of an energizing means 444 for energizing the canceling plate 440 toward an engaging position, out of four quadrants partitioned by a vertical line and a horizontal line passing through the main shaft 41 serving as the rotational center of the canceling plate 440 when a closing actuator 140 is not operated and is in the engaging position. The center-of-gravity position of the canceling plate 440 is set to maintain the canceling plate 440 toward the engaging position from a canceling position in combination with the energizing means 444 energizing the canceling plate 440 toward the engaging position from the canceling position. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
