<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distance image sensor that can readily detect whether a reception light signal is normal or abnormal and can generate a highly reliable image by using a distance value based on the normal reception light signal. <P>SOLUTION: This distance image sensor includes a laser controller 21 that outputs a laser radiation timing signal to a laser projection section, a laser radiation preliminary timing signal to a distance measuring section and a driving signal to a two-dimensional scanner 10, respectively, and an abnormal distance measurement detection circuit 45 that detects that a reception light signal obtained by radiation with laser based on a laser radiation signal is abnormal in a case where the reception light signal is output from a laser light reception section 30 during a time period from when the laser radiation preliminary timing signal is output from the laser controller 21 until the laser radiation signal is input. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
