PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catalytic cracking catalyst for hydrocarbon oil which can upgrade the cracking capability of heavy fractions and at the same time, reduce the output of coke, improve the yield of gasoline and manufacture gasoline fractions efficiently and at a high yield, in the catalytic cracking of the hydrocarbon oil, as well as a method for manufacturing the catalytic cracking catalyst and a method for catalytically cracking the hydrocarbon oil using the catalytic cracking catalyst. SOLUTION: This catalytic cracking catalyst of hydrocarbon includes 1 to 20 mass% of boehmite with a median diameter of not more than 30μm, a crystalline aluminosilicate, an aluminum oxide derived from an alumina sol other than the boehmite and a clay mineral. In addition, the catalytic cracking catalyst preferably contains 1 to 20 mass% of the boehmite, 20 to 60 mass% of the crystalline aluminosilicate, 5 to 40 mass% of the aluminum oxide derived from the alumina sol in terms of Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>and 10 to 74 mass% of the clay mineral.
