PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hat with a folding umbrella which solves such problems that a handle plate is conventionally required to be held by hand and to be carried separately from a hat because of sewing a wire spring ring with strong restorability to an outer peripheral part of a circular body cloth and fixing a handle plate to a lower surface of the central part thereof and that a conventional one includes a crown at the center of the cloth body and cannot be used as a hat when being folded under no rain condition although a conventional hat made foldable by forming a ring spring into a freely restorable distortion ring on the outer periphery of the body cloth can be used as a rain shelter. SOLUTION: (1) The necessity for bringing an umbrella is eliminated by an integrated structure formed by sawing a part near the center of the umbrella onto a hat. (2) The umbrella is attached to the hat and supported by a head so that both hands can be freely used. (3) The umbrella is folded by transforming a line spring ring into three continuous circles through torsion of the line spring ring, folding both end rings to be overlapped onto the circle on the center side, fitting a hook of a hook ribbon attached to an outer peripheral end of a top ring to another hook provided on the back side of a brim of the hat and fixing the line spring ring.
