PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold storage device for corpses, a corpse transfer vehicle and a corpse transfer method, which can ensure adequate cooling performance and sterilizing power and moderate burden on persons who carry the corpse by hand. SOLUTION: A cold storage device for corpses 2 includes a capsule-shape corpse housing unit 21 for housing a corpse, which can be carried by hand, a cooling and sterilizing unit 22 for cooling and sterilizing air, which can be loaded on a vehicle, and a delivery duct 23 which can be detachably attached to the corpse housing unit 21 for delivering air cooled and sterilized by the cooling and sterilizing unit 22 to the corpse housing unit 21.
