PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make steering stability on an icy road or a dried road surface and uneven wear resistance performance compatible. SOLUTION: On a block 5, a plurality of sipings 10, 11 extending in a direction crossing to the block 5 in a tire axial direction are provided in a tire circumferential direction with an interval. The sipings 10, 11 include a shallow and narrow siping 10 having width of 0.1-0.3 mm and depth of 0.5-0.6 times of the maximum depth of the lateral groove; and a deep and thick siping 11 having width of 0.3-1.0 mm and depth larger than the shallow and narrow siping 10. The shallow and narrow siping 10 and the deep and thick siping 11 are alternately formed in the tire circumferential direction, and further, the shallow and narrow siping 10 has both ends opened to both side surfaces of the block 5.
