PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-cost display device capable of effectively displaying without making a lighting incorporated therein. SOLUTION: At least the inclined portion 22 and the top portion 23 of a hollow case 20 of a right-angle trapezoidal cross-section that includes the inclined portion 22 formed upward are made of a transparent material, and information is attached to the inclined portion 22; whereas a reflecting plate 25 for reflecting an incident light L, from the inclined portion 22 and from a top portion 23 is disposed inside the case 20 to the inclined portion 22, and thereby the inclined portion 22 is illuminated with the information attached thereon by a reflected light L'.
