PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface mounting non-reciprocal circuit element which is hardly affected by a member on which the non-reciprocal circuit element is mounted, and is easily electrically connected to a wire. SOLUTION: The non-reciprocal circuit element has a tabular ferrite, a center conductor, and a permanent magnet disposed one over the other in a storage vessel and includes conductive tab terminals connected to end parts of lead portions of the center conductor extending from the storage vessel. The lead portions extend in three directional at intervals of a prescribed angle radially from, as the center, a common conductor portion of the center conductor overlapping the tabular ferrite to appear in an outer edge side part of the tabular ferrite and have front ends bent in a plane direction different from the extension direction in the storage vessel and are flexible with the tabular ferrite outer edge side as fixed ends and with the tab terminal side as movable ends.
