PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam chemical for a fire extinguishing equipment test, which satisfies the exclusion standard of a sewage law and is used for the training of equipment provided with a foam fire extinguishing chemical. SOLUTION: The foam chemical for the fire extinguishing equipment test is characterized in that a hydrocarbon-based anionic surfactant is contained in an aqueous solution in such an amount that a foaming magnification becomes double or more in a foaming test based on the regulation of the second term of 2 of the 21st article of a fire protection law (Showa 23 law No.186).
