One surface of the heat conducting layer is connected with the LED base (21a), and the other surface of the heat conducting layer is connected with the insulating layer, wherein the area of the surface connected with the insulating layer is at least 10 percent larger than the area of the surface connected with the LED base. The insulating layer is connected with the radiator.
