A portable terminal of the present invention enables a user to easily transfer an image photographed with the portable terminal to a personal computer or a portable terminal of another user by comprising: a transfer mode setting unit which is able to set an automatic transfer mode or a manual transfer mode; a display unit which displays image data and the transfer mode set by the transfer mode setting unit; a wireless communication unit which transfers the image data to an address through wireless communication; and a control unit which controls the wireless communication unit so that the image data may be stored at a storage unit and automatically transferred to the address preset by a user if the automatic transfer mode is set in the transfer mode setting unit. |
