摘要	<p>The method involves loading gas components in a storage material, and changing and measuring physical parameter of the storage material. A measuring interval, in which the storage material is loaded, is replaced with a regeneration interval, in which gas components are removed from the storage material. The storage material is arranged on an electrical isolating substrate for accumulation of gas molecules. The substrate is provided with electrodes, where alkali-or rare earth salts, zeolite or transition metal salts are utilized as the storage material. An independent claim is also included for a device for integrative measurement of quantity of components in a gas mixture.</p>
