A first hydroxy fatty acid is amide-linked to cysteamide, resulting in a thiolized compound. Use is made of the thiolized compound and either the first hydroxy fatty acid or a second hydroxy fatty acid which is different from the first hydroxy fatty acid, resulting in ester linkage being performed. A tree-like molecule is generated, the surface of which is densely covered with highly hydrophilic hydroxyls and the structure of which is such that highly hydrophobic alkyl chains are sparsely arrayed.
