The invention relates to a device for making a roof made up of photovoltaic panels (25) in which the sealing is ensured by means of a built-in membrane (5) including a base (1) for the attachment thereof to said roof. Said base is in the form of a linear profile section (1) defining a surface (22, 23) for receiving said membrane, suitable for engaging with a surface having a matching shape (9) arranged on another linear profile section (2), referred to as the upper profile section, which is an integral part of the device, and rigidly connected to said base profile section (1), ensuring the clamping of said membrane on the base profile section, and provided with members suitable for receiving, adjusting and attaching the photovoltaic panels (25).
