<p>Intermediate product-I comprises mineral components, a radical initiator and optionally other mixtures, where: the radical initiator covers the surface of the surface-modified mineral component; and the polymer chains are linked to the surface of a modified silicate component. Independent claims are included for: (1) a method for producing an intermediate product-I, for a polymer material-I having a surface-modified mineral component, comprising (a) distributing the radical initiator on the mineral component, (b) adding the thermoplastic polymer and (c) initiating the crosslinking energetic action; (2) the polymer material-I based on thermoplastic polymer and optionally other polymer, mineral component and optionally other mixtures, bonding agent and radical initiator, where the bonding agent covers the surface of the mineral component, the radical generator initiates a reaction, which covalently bonds the thermoplastic polymer chain to the surface of the mineral component; (3) a method for producing the polymer material comprising initiating the coupling reaction by energetic action; (4) an intermediate product-II comprising a component that can be optionally surface-modified, a radical generator, a matrix polymer and optionally other mixtures, where the polymer chain is chemically crosslinked with the surface of a filler component; (5) a method for producing the intermediate product-II, for polymer materials-II having optionally surface-modified filler component, comprising the steps (a)-(c); (6) the polymer material-II based on thermoplastic polymer, optionally other polymers, mineral component, optionally other mixtures, bonding agent and radical generator, where the bonding agent covers the surface of the filler component in which a polymer matrix is present and the radical generator initiates a reaction, which directly covalently binds the thermoplastic polymer chains of the polymer matrix or directly or indirectly binds the polymer chain to the surface of the filler component over the bonding agent or the radical generator; and (7) a method for the preparation of polymer material based on thermoplastic polymer and optionally other polymer, optionally surface modified filler component and optionally other mixtures, bonding agent and a radical initiator comprising a coupling reaction by energetic effect.</p> |
