The rotary piston adjuster (1) has an outer rotor and an inner rotor which is rotatably connected with a camshaft. The outer rotor is brought in drive connection with a crankshaft. A hydraulic actuator is provided through which both the rotors are adjustable within an adjustment area. Two pressure chambers (14,15) are provided which are limited by a slider (19) which is connected with the inner rotor. The slider has a pressurizing medium line which fluidically connects the pressure chambers with a displacement chamber (28).
