摘要 The present invention relates to a stainless steel joining method, and more particularly, to a stainless steel joining method which involves forming a narrow and deep welding bead, and enables a degradation in fatigue strength against thermal stress to be prevented, thus preventing the deformation of products. The stainless steel joining method of the present invention comprises: a first step of inserting a thin brazing filler metal between the joining surfaces of two pieces of stainless steel; a second step of enabling a contactless laser welder to radiate a laser beam onto the joining surfaces to perform a welding process; a third step of filling the gap between the joining surfaces with a brazing filler metal molten in a brazing furnace to perform a brazing process; and a fourth step of cooling the brazing filler metal which fills the gap between the joining surfaces. The stainless steel joining method according to the present invention inserts the thin brazing filler metal between stainless steel base metals, and performs a contactless laser welding process on the joined portions, to thereby form a narrow and deep welding bead, prevent a degradation in fatigue strength against thermal stress, and prevent the deformation of products.
