The device has a rotor (19) comprising an admission opening (23) for fluid and a nozzle (25) at an end of the rotor, where the end is pointed towards an outlet opening (17) of a rotor space (13). The rotor is supported at a bearing (27) by the nozzle, so that fluid flowing into the rotor space by the rotor leaves the rotor space in the form of a radiation cone (29) by the nozzle of the rotor and the outlet opening of the rotor space. Middle axes (21) of the rotor space enclose an angle that is larger than 0 degree and smaller than 90 degree.
