The machine has a rotor controlled by a stator, driving another faster rotor, and limited by a magnetic coil switch. The former rotor comprises permanent magnets and heavy electromagnet, and rotor housing is made of hard plastic. The permanent magnets are arranged at an edge of a rotor ring for rotating the stator, and arranged at another ring of rotor ring to move alternating current operated coil magnet of the latter rotor. A trimming ring is provided with magnets on the fixed stator and the latter rotor.
