<p>The present invention relates to a locking pin apparatus, and more particularly, to a double safety locking pin apparatus configured with a double locking mechanism. A double safety locking pin apparatus according to a first embodiment of the present invention comprises: a housing formed within a first lockable body, and including a cylindrical body, an upper plate formed on an upper portion of the body, and a lower plate formed on a lower portion of the body; a locking pin consisting of a knob, a pin, and a stopper formed on a side of the pin, wherein the pin is inserted through the central portion of the housing and has a spring mounted around same, and the pin is inserted into a second lockable body when pressed upon by means of the external force and the spring; and a locking piece formed in a lengthwise direction on an inner side of the housing body, and defining a certain space between a leading end thereof and the lower plate of the housing, wherein the stopper, by being rotated, is positioned within the space to perform the locking function. A first locking stage of the first and second lockable bodies is performed by the locking pin, and a second locking stage of the first and second lockable bodies is performed by the locking piece and the stopper.</p> |
