摘要 A computer-implemented recruitment method is disclosed. Information about an individual is stored in a computer readable memory (e.g., 110) together with one or more job search criteria provided by the individual. One or more advertisements for one or more jobs are stored in a computer readable medium (e.g., 110) together with classification information associated with each of the advertisements. The advertisements are provided by one or more advertisers. The job search criteria is matched with the classification information associated with at least one of the advertisements, upon the at least one advertisement being activated. A message describing the job associated with the at least one advertisement is sent to a communications device nominated by the individual. Upon receiving a reply to the message from the individual, the stored information about the individual is sent electronically to the advertiser associated with the at least one job.
