The housing (1) has an electronic circuit (4) for supplying power to externally connected consumers by an externally connected dynamo i.e. generator, or an electrical energy source i.e. solar cell. The energy source is attached at an auxiliary motor drive integrated bicycle. Dimensions of the housing are formed in such a manner that the housing is insertable into standard bicycle frame inner pipes. The externally connected consumers are selected from a group consisting of bicycle navigation device, MPEG-1 audio layer 3 (MP3)player and mobile phone.
