<p>Although the method of buffing using a file or the like exists as a method for managing nails, there are problems relating to the healthy maintenance of the nails and skin, such as worsening damage to the nail surface from there being much abrasion at the same spot, and damage to the skin because management of the nail end and the growth edge is difficult. At the elbow and heel, the stratum corneum is ground and ablated with a pumice stone, a file, or the like, but there are the complications of damage to the skin through excess scraping and the fact that such tools cannot be used except in specific places such as a bath or sink. The disclosed skin cosmetic kneaded composition, wherein an abrasive and keratin hydrolysate are combined with a viscous base material and kneaded, is used. The skin cosmetic kneaded composition is produced by means of introducing the viscous base material, the abrasive, and the keratin hydrolysate into a stirring device, and then stirring. The produced skin cosmetic kneaded composition is used by being applied to the surface of a bodily part that is the nails, the heels, or the elbows, and then the applied material is rubbed at the place of application using the fingertip, palm of the hand, or an implement. A more favorable result can be obtained if an acidic fluid having a pH of 2-4 is used concomitantly at the place of application.</p> |
