The support has a cylindrical mould body (12) from elastomer material, and including inside opening (13) for the partially retaining of supporting parts (14) and a radially projecting flange (15). A spiral spring is supported at the flange, where a shaped projection (16) is provided at the mould body. The shaped projection radially and inwardly projects into the opening, where a metal insert (18) is embedded into the body.
