The present invention relates to a hinge structure that is a component for setting an arbitrary angle of reflection at a mirror box of a mirror for a room mirror and side mirror or for a left/right rearview mirror used as an auxiliary mirror that is an auxiliary component of a vehicle, in order to obtain a good view in the mirror. To achieve the aim of simplifying complicated hinge structures of the prior art, a hinge structure that is simple and efficient and has a low per-unit manufacturing cost is provided. For the structure at the hinge portion (refer to the representative drawing), an apparatus is formed for an apparatus ball separation prevention projection (9) for preventing the easy separation between a ball (1) and a ball box (2) and the loss of the hinge structure function when a force exceeding a specific amount of force is applied thereto, which is a limitation in terms of the relationship between a ball (1) and a ball box (2) in a simple hinge structure that lacks any other component and relies solely upon the contracting ability and resiliency of the ball box (2) and the ball (1) when employing a method of inserting the ball (1) in the ball box (2) and a method of constrictively attaching the ball (1) and the ball box (2) together.
