<p>The inductor (1) has a winding (2) provided with an electrically conductive conductor (3), and power supply connections (6, 7) that are provided for conducting electrical current through the winding. A heat pipe (4) is provided for cooling the inductor, where the conductor is partly designed as the heat pipe. The conductor is formed as a wire made of metal i.e. copper. The heat pipe is provided with a heat-conductive electrical insulation at an outer side, where the insulation exhibits large heat conductivity. A core is made of a soft-magnetic material i.e. iron.</p> |
