The seat (1) has an intermediate joint (8) dividing a rear joint arm (7.3) of a joint arrangement (5) into an upper segment (9.1) and a lower segment (9.2), where the segments are blockable in a predetermined turning position (D) by a lock mechanism (10). The lock mechanism positions the seat into an easy entry position (EZ). A backrest and a seat part are bent in the entry position in relation to a usage position of the seat in a driving direction. The seat part is fastened at the joint arrangement. The backrest is arranged at the upper segment.
